TITLE
Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical, Cardiac Telemetry, Stroke Neuro, Step-Down ICU, ICU

SCHEDULE
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Guaranteed Hours: 36
Contract Length: 13 weeks

REQUIREMENTS
- Current IL License
- CPR Certification
- ACLS Certification
- NIHSS Certification
- ICU experience
- Extensive Cardiac experience
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments in compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
- Document patient care in accordance with standards and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and manage personalized patient care plans as prescribed by a physician.
- Participate in performance improvement activities within the unit.
- Utilize critical thinking to ensure patient safety and enhance patient experience, adhering to the appropriate chain of command for escalations.
