As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Role in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Hotels & Resorts, and more. Join Allied Universal at a premier hotel and resort location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter incidents, and support a welcoming environment for guests and staff. This role blends customer service, communication, and routine patrols with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity in every security-related interaction.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to guests, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including lobbies, hallways, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and common areas, assist with directing foot traffic, and report maintenance, lighting, and/or property issues that may impact normal operations.
• Complete assigned reports and activity logs, document incidents accurately, and support a professional presence that helps to deter unwanted behavior across the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
