Full‐Time Bar Manager & Front‐of‐House Lead - $12/hour plus tips!

The Barrn at Meadowlake Club is growing, and we’re looking for a full‐time Bar Manager & Front‐of‐House Lead who can bring professionalism, consistency, and great energy to our 5‐star venue. If you’re reliable, experienced, and ready to help shape a thriving hospitality team, we want to meet you.

Position Overview

This role oversees daily bar and front‐of‐house operations while supporting our community‐focused atmosphere. You’ll lead staff, maintain high service standards, and assist with special events throughout the season.

Key Responsibilities

Hire, train, and develop front‐of‐house and bar staff
Create and manage weekly schedules
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar and dining environment
Ensure consistent, high‐quality guest service
Assist with planning and executing special events
Support daily operations and collaborate with ownership and kitchen leadership

What We’re Looking For

Prior bartending and/or front‐of‐house management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable, professional, and team‐oriented
Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment
Must be 21+
