You’ll build leadership and technical skills in a supply chain/manufacturing role, working on challenging, real‑world problems and solving for what the world needs. You will build relationships with interns/co‑ops and leaders, and you’ll prepare for a potential full‑time position after graduation in one of our fantastic leadership programs or direct hire opportunity. Placement will consider your preferences along with major, year of schooling, and business needs. Willingness and ability to work in any of the 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations is required. Essential Responsibilities EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) stands for the protection of employees, the public, and the environment from hazards. In this role you will handle industrial hygiene, hazard assessments, risk abatement, environmental management (wastewater, hazardous waste disposal, air regulations), ergonomics, and safety concerns. You will understand our EHS management systems, coach employees and teams to develop sustainable processes, and support sustainability efforts related to wastewater and air in manufacturing. Occupational health and wellness will also be a focus. This is an opportunity for an individual interested in our OMLP program after graduation. Qualifications/Requirements Prior GE Aerospace internship experience Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale Attending a full‑time, registered, nationally accredited bachelor or graduate program (majors listed below) Willingness and ability to work in any of the 35+ GE Aerospace U.S. locations Reliable transportation, as many sites lack public transit Degrees Accepted Chemical Engineering Environmental Health and Safety or related Environmental Engineering Industrial Engineering Facilities / Maintenance Occupational Safety and Health Any relevant or similar major to the ones above Eligibility Requirements Any offer of employment is conditioned upon successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen. Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required. This role does not sponsor employment visas.
