Revenue Cycle Specialist Location: West Chester, OH (On-site) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Pay: $18–$22/hour (based on experience) About Us Planes Companies is a global company with local values. About The Role We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Specialist to oversee and perform key financial tasks that support company profitability and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will monitor and manage all aspects of billing, invoicing, and revenue processes with accuracy and attention to detail. You will collaborate regularly with customer service, sales, and finance TEAM members to research issues, resolve discrepancies, and maintain strong financial data integrity. Key Responsibilities Create and process customer invoices Input contractor and sales payments Monitor ongoing project profitability Execute and audit financial reports Research, resolve, and track issues within the revenue cycle Provide exceptional internal customer service Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant billing and payment activity The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proficient with technology.
