Respiratory Therapist Position

This role collaborates with hospital personnel to deliver responsive, state-of-the-art, and patient-centered respiratory care, as well as a range of diverse outpatient services. The individual works closely with multidisciplinary teams in a cooperative and supportive manner to ensure high-quality outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

Position Qualifications

Minimum qualifications are required unless stated otherwise.

• Experience:
  • Six months Staff Therapist experience preferred but not required
• Education and Training:
  • Graduate of AMA approved program of Respiratory Therapy at the Registry level.
• License, Certification & Registration:
  • NBRCRRT - National Board Respiratory Care RRT
  • MARTL - MA Respiratory Therapist license
  • NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation
  • CPR
• Other Requirements:
  • Highly effective and positive interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Effective problem solving and team building skills
  • Willingness to participate in the education process both as a student and provider of education.
  • Ability to vary shift hours and days to meet schedule needs.
