Primary Position Responsibilities Facilitates, provides, and coordinates patient care. Effectively and efficiently documents all care provided to patients in electronic medical record. Maintains Professional Development. Qualifications Required: Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation) Required: Minimum 2 years psychiatric nursing experience Preferred: None License, Registry or Certification Required: NJ RN licensure and American Heart Association CPR certification Preferred: ANCC Psychiatric and Mental Health certification Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities Required: Must pass annual competency based program and mandated in-service education. Experience working with psychiatric and substance abuse populations. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
