ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Chad Budreau - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.

COMPENSATION :
Our base salary typically ranges from $28,000 to $32,000 annually. However, this role is commission-based, allowing you to significantly increase your earnings. In this role, you make your own pay through your efforts and success in sales.

Compensation: $28,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
