Medical Receptionist

Job Full Description

Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional customer service.
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the clinic calendar.
Verify insurance benefits and collect patient payments.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
Prepare and organize paperwork for patient visits.
Assist with hearing aid check-in/check-out procedures and basic office support.
Process referrals, medical records, and other administrative documentation.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Perform general office duties, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

Previous receptionist, medical office, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office;
