Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
A respected community health clinic in a scenic Southern California mountain community is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine physician to join its collaborative team of 6 providers. Pick the schedule that fits your life and enjoy a practice that truly puts physician well-being, meaningful patient relationships, and long-term balance first.
The Practice:
- 100% outpatient Family Medicine
- Choice of a 3-day or 4-day work week
- Guaranteed base salary of $320,000 to $350,000, based on experience
- $100,000 Sign-on bonus
- No nights, weekends, or call responsibilities
- NHSC and state loan repayment eligible
- Relocation assistance available
- 1099 option available
- Comprehensive benefits including PTO, CME, medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice coverage
