Remotebridge

Remotebridge is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney for a remote, contractor-style, full-time role with top-tier US law firms. You will review complex litigation and transactional documents, draft high-value agreements, and provide commentary to guide AI training in cross-border matters.

Ideal candidates hold a JD from a US law school with active bar admission and have AmLaw 100-level experience in litigation and complex deals, including M&A, private equity, and capital markets.
