EquipmentShare is hiring a Heavy Equipment Field Technician (Mechanic) at our Charleston, WV facility. You will maintain and repair a variety of heavy equipment and aerial lifts, using real‑time data to diagnose issues and determine corrective actions. The role includes on-site work, occasional travel to job sites, and on-call scheduling with extra compensation.
