Specialty Operations Pharmacy Technician 3

Responsibilities Include You will be in contact with physicians for prescription clarification and may enter prescription orders into the system. You will support Pharmacists and Patients by ensuring adherence to Specialty Rx specific operational processes developed benefiting healthy outcomes. You will provide education and resources for new members demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics and processes for completing administrative tasks and projects. You will prioritize requests by interpreting and adapting to procedures, processes and techniques. You will exercise good judgement and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge. Required Qualifications Must have an active unrestricted State Board of Pharmacy Technician in the state of Arizona, Ohio or Texas without disciplinary action. Must have National Certification: PTCB (CphT) or ExCPT Minimum 1 year customer service experience working in a health services or pharmacy setting. Basic Proficiency using the following Microsoft Office suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel) Knowledge navigating multiple systems and platforms with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve general technical difficulties in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous Specialty Pharmacy experience (Oncology, Neuromuscular, Pulmonary) Bilingual English and Spanish - You may be required to take the Interagency Language Rating (ILR) test as provided by the Federal Government.
