Monitor client activities and maintain a safe treatment environment. Observe and report changes in clients' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition. Conduct routine client accountability checks and monitor family visits. Assist with crisis intervention and de-escalation when necessary. Complete shift reports, documentation, and daily checklists. Support medical and clinical staff as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
