Service Desk Analyst II - 24/7 On-Call Support

Boardwalk Pipelines is seeking a Service Desk Analyst II for our Houston, TX office. This role serves as the first point of contact between end users and the IT organization, responsible for recording IT service issues and requests, striving to restore service quickly, and alerting necessary support groups. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of IT support experience, and be proficient with Microsoft OS and Office. Applicants should possess strong troubleshooting skills and effective communication abilities, and be comfortable participating in a 24/7 On-Call rotation.
