Store Manager Brand: Sunglass Hut | Location: Mishawaka, IN, 46545 | Store #: 001945 | Position: Full-Time General Function The Multi Store Manager drives results and oversees the operations of multiple Sunglass Hut stores within the same mall. The Multi Store Manager is on the floor leading success in a multi‑unit environment, coaching, developing, and inspiring brand ambassadors to deliver exceptional service through the Sunglass Hut Experience. The role consistently models Sunglass Hut Experience behaviors, exceeding store and personal sales goals, and ensures all policies and procedures meet brand standards. Major Duties and Responsibilities Accountable for delivering stores and personal sales goals and all KPI's. Drive sales by consistently identifying opportunities and gaps to achieve individual, store, and mall goals. Inspire the team through associate growth plans, PIP's with documentation and consistent follow‑up to promote accountability. Create an environment of shared wins through coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance mall performance. Network, recruit, and hire to meet staffing needs, filling open positions promptly using appropriate company tools. Train staff using onboarding tools and ensure completion reflected on saturation reports. Create a fun, inspiring, and inclusive work environment reflecting the brand culture. Spend the majority of time on the sales floor, engaging customers and coaching associates. Continually coach and develop the team to ensure flawless execution of the Sunglass Hut Experience. Build and protect the integrity and essence of the Sunglass Hut Brand and the brands we represent, including building relationships with host environments. Ensure execution and adherence to brand standards, tools, operations policies and procedures, visual standards, inventory control, and ongoing associate training. Be responsible for all aspects of associate scheduling pertaining to business needs. Basic Qualifications High School Diploma and 2+ years of previous leadership experience. Time management. Problem solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience. Previous leadership in retail or customer service preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
