As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Customer Service in Richmond, CA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and assist employees, visitors, and guests with exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $23.91 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and/or emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and support visitor, employee, and contractor entry procedures in accordance with site requirements.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity accurately and communicate relevant information to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
