Group Home Manager

Program Supervisor, IDD Services (Location) Also known as Group Home Manager. Pay: $15.50 per hour. Schedules: Full‑time. Must be available for on‑call shifts, including nights, weekends, and 12–16 hour shifts. Responsibilities Facilitate the implementation of Individual Service Plans (ISP) and perform a range of administrative duties including staff hiring, training, scheduling, and oversight. Supervise a team of caregivers supporting individuals served in the program. Provide direct support to individuals, including meal preparation and planning, medication administration, personal care (bathing, dressing, transferring), and use of a personal vehicle for transportation. Balance duties between direct support, professional program activities, and supervision. Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings or providing transportation to work or other activities. Requirements Must have a full valid driver’s license held for at least 12 months post intermediate/permit and a reliable vehicle with insurance and registration used to transport clients. Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience. Ability to provide full caregiver support (meal prep, medication assistance, housekeeping, personal care, transfers, and use of lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts). Must be 18 years or older. Must attend paid 2‑week orientation. Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance; reliable registered vehicle with proof of insurance for client transport. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities to ensure staffing and schedules are maintained. Benefits Full, part‑time, and as needed schedules available.
