Job Description

We are currently hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a production facility in Tampa. This is a full-time opportunity offering weekly pay and steady hours. Candidates must have prior forklift experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply. English is not required for this position.

Forklift Operator
Location: Tampa, FL
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: 1st Shift | 5:00 AM until finish

Responsibilities
• Safely operate a sit-down forklift in a production environment
• Load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility
• Supply production lines with materials as needed
• Stage finished products for shipping or storage
• Perform routine equipment inspections before each shift
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed

Qualifications
• Previous sit-down forklift experience is required
• Production or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and move materials throughout the shift
• Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance
• Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome to apply
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
