Simulated Sno Technician (Crew Member)

Simulated Sno Technician

The Simulated Sno Technician serves Sno, Smoothies, and other delicious concoctions to customers following established guidelines, procedures, and policies for food and beverage safety controls as prescribed by company standards. He or she interacts with customers and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner and rings guest orders, collects cash, and processes credit charges following company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate for this position can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English speaking and written communication skills, good time management skills, and professional behavior are all required for this position.

Responsibilities

1. Greets all customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner
2. Takes orders and serves beverages promptly and courteously
3. Operates the complete register system and other required software
4. Accepts responsibility and accountability for his or her money drawer
5. Ensures that work areas are clean and that equipment, tools, and supplies are properly stored
6. Complies with and enforces all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma, high school equivalency diploma, or school enrollment preferred
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Point-of-sale (cash register) and credit or debit card processing skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) as needed
• Able to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
