What You'll Do (Where Your Skill Matters)

• Perform high-level diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with Ford factory standards
• Accurately document all work performed on repair orders
• Diagnose complex vehicle concerns and complete authorized repairs efficiently
• Communicate clearly with Service Advisors and Parts to keep workflow moving
• Complete multi-point inspections and provide professional recommendations
• Stay current with Ford technical bulletins and participate in paid factory training
• Maintain your personal tool inventory
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term loyalty

Who We're Looking For

• Ford Master-Certified or highly experienced Ford technicians
• Professionals who take pride in quality, efficiency, and accuracy
• Team players who want consistencynot constant turnover
• Techs who want a career, not just flat-rate hours

Requirements

• 18+ years old
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Own basic professional tools
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening

Ford certifications and dealership experience strongly preferred.
