Michigan's Adventure is seeking motivated and organized Business Administration Support Interns to gain hands-on experience in administration, guest service, communications, and office operations within a fast-paced entertainment environment.

This is an internship opportunity for spring and summer of 2027.

• Business Administration Internship – Maintenance Department
• Business Administration Internship – Park Operations
• Business Analyst Internship – Revenue Operations
• Business Administration Internship - Waterpark Operations

Responsibilities

• BA Internship – Maintenance Department
  • Assist with supply purchasing, including creating and tracking Purchase Orders
  • Partner with Finance team to reconcile purchasing invoices/receipts
  • Assist with special projects and analysis in the Maintenance Division
  • Assist with issuing and tracking uniforms, keys, radios, and other supplies
  • Assist with tracking work orders
• BA Internship – Park Operations
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to guest emails and inquiries.
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
  • Assist the Park Leadership Team with scheduling and administrative tasks.
  • Support guests in the Group Sales and Season Pass Office.
  • Assist with special projects, meetings, and event coordination.
  • Provide support to the Communications Team, including content creation and social media projects.
• Business Analyst Internship – Revenue Operations
  • Review revenue, cost of goods, labor, and operational data across Food & Beverage, Retail, and Games to identify trends, variances, and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and analysis tools that help monitor financial and operational performance.
  • Prepare clear insights and summaries for operating leaders and senior management to support data-driven business decisions.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and other revenue analysis projects assigned by the In-Park Revenue Director.
  • Partner with park leaders to translate sales trends and operational data into recommendations that improve efficiency, profitability, and the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Currently enrolled in a college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
