Who we are looking for: Ally In-Care is hiring experienced Senior Caregivers and Home Care Aides to provide high-quality non-medical in-home care to seniors and adults with disabilities throughout Orange County. We are seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers with 2+ years of professional caregiving experience (home care agency or facility experience accepted). This role offers steady shifts, flexible scheduling, and a supportive care team. Caregiver Responsibilities Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting) Companionship and emotional support Medication reminders Mobility assistance and transfers Meal preparation and nutrition support Light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying) Transportation to appointments and errands Assist with physical therapy exercises Communicate care updates with the care team Caregiver Requirements 2+ years professional caregiving experience Active Home Care Aide (HCA) Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation Authorized to work in the U.S. Must be at least 18 years of age to be cleared by Department of Social Services Pay & Benefits $18.00–$20.00 an hour range Flexible scheduling Sick time off 401(k) retirement plan Supportive care team Ongoing training & advancement opportunities Benefits: 401(k) Flexible schedule Mileage reimbursement Paid orientation Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Safety equipment provided Shift availability: Day Shift Night Shift Overnight Shift #J-18808-Ljbffr Ally In-Care
