- It is a busy primary care site, with great opportunity to collaborate with the team and build a practice.
- The patients are roomed by staff.

- Provide therapy to patients facing mental health challenges
- Conduct assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Document client progress and maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Maintain professional boundaries and ensure client confidentiality and privacy
- Continuously expand your knowledge of current mental health research and best practices
- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) required
- NYS licensure as LCSW-R or LMHC.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of contemporary issues in mental health.
- Familiarity with EPIC preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- 2+ years of experience providing individual and group therapy to clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of current mental health research and best practices, with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team and collaborate with other healthcare providers
