In this role, you'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop manufacturing processes, troubleshoot production issues, and drive continuous improvements throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in an aerospace or precision manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of GD&T, machining processes, fabrication, and mechanical assembly Experience performing root cause and failure analysis to resolve production challenges Ability to conduct tolerance stack‑up studies and design manufacturing tooling using SolidWorks Experience creating work instructions, assembly procedures, and manufacturing documentation Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, and environmental testing methods, along with common inspection equipment Jobot is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
