As a Host/Cashier you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for a world-class dining experience. You will greet guests with warmth and professionalism and manage reservations and seating flow. This role requires poise, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities:

• Assist guests with directions, event schedules, and other information and assistance as needed to provide excellent guest service
• Assign open tables to guests and remain aware of dining room status at all times
• Escort guests to their tables, maintain menu cleanliness, and monitor restaurant lobby
• Retrieve highchairs, slings, and boosters for little guests
• Pull chairs out for guests
• Answer phone in timely manner and assist guests with reservation bookings, directions, and all other questions

Basic Qualifications:

• You must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
• Experience with multi-tasking
• Must possess technical proficiency in booking, changing, and updating reservations
• Knowledge of Forbes standards is a plus
• Excellent guest service skills
• Poised and professional - avoiding use of casual language
• Very strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills - including the ability to speak articulately and clearly and provide good eye contact

Additional Information:

This location serves breakfast and dinner service. Shifts may begin as early as 6:00 AM while some may end as late as midnight (or later depending on when the last guest leaves). All shift times and hours are subject to change based on business needs.
