About the Role:

101Mobility LLC is looking for a driven and passionate Customer Support Specialist to support our team in Midwest City and throughout Oklahoma.  In this role, you'll be the heart of our customer experience, ensuring that the daily operations of the organization operate efficiently.   As a CSS, aka CCM, you'll strive to ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence and full-service operations.  If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Convert phone calls and form leads to scheduled consultations
• Making outbound calls to potential customers upon receipt of web and form leads
• Gains commitment from customers to schedule in‐home consultations
• Create quotes for VA and Client reviews.
• Timely follow-up on quotes and schedules to improve completion rates.
• Scheduling field installations
• Process invoices and customer payments
• Assist with tracking and ordering inventory
• Run reports essential to business operations
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints
• Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner
• Utilize the proprietary operating system to document all customer interactions
• Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and a solution-focused approach
• Analyze customer feedback and trends to identify opportunities for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• 3+ years of customer service experience, with at least 1-2 years in related fields
• Demonstrated aptitude for problem‐solving; 
• Ability to determine solutions for customers
• Must be results‐orientated and able to work both independently and within a
  team environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
• Manage multiple priorities seamlessly
• Stellar time management skills
• Strong customer service focus
• Proven ability to manage escalations and resolve conflicts effectively
• Proficiency with CRM software and customer service platforms
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a dynamic environment
• A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service
