We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant to work alongside our dentists and dental hygienists in providing high-quality, compassionate dental care to patients of all ages. As a Dental Assistant, you will support patient care through chairside assisting, preparing treatment rooms, sterilizing instruments, maintaining infection-control standards, taking responsibility for dental supplies and inventory, and helping keep the clinical day running smoothly. Our dental practices offer extended hours to make care more accessible to our patients, so some evening availability is required, along with occasional weekend or community-based events. We value teamwork and flexibility. Depending on patient and program needs, Dental Assistants may occasionally be asked to support another CCAP dental location. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual in Spanish and English High school diploma or GED certificate Completion of accredited course in dental assisting preferred Ability to attend to multiple tasks at the same time and to prioritize assignments and responsibilities to ensure compliance with established deadlines and protocols. Effective oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish are required. X-Ray Certification Certified Dental Assistant, preferred Current CPR (BLS) required Provide/maintain all required immunizations and/or vaccinations Complete all required background checks CCAP strives to cultivate and sustain a workforce devoted to providing compassionate and respectful care to all patients and clients.
