Salary: $38-$40

Tech 5 Master Technician / Future Leadership

Experience: 8+ years verifiable HVAC experience

Additional expectations

• Already possess, or are able to obtain, an HVAC contractors license
  • We pay for testing, continuing education, and renewals
• Capable of running a team, building techs from helper to advanced technician
• Strong interest in management and/or fulltime advanced training roles
• Proven ability to master selling ethically with a strong, verifiable sales record
  • And able to teach junior techs ethical selling techniques
• High aptitude and curiosity for new technology, methods, and systems
  • Comfortable with research, testing, and implementing new tools (apps, smart devices, smart glasses, etc.)
