Client Support Specialist - Banking
$20 per hourWe are looking for a dedicated support specialist to assist our clients with various banking and payment services. The role involves resolving customer inquiries, identifying improvement opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to enhance service quality. salary: $20 - $24 per hour

- Help customers via phone, chat, or email.
- Explain and guide clients on products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or procedural issues.
- Work with teams to resolve problems and prevent future issues.
- Keep management informed about potential challenges.
- At least 5 years of customer service experience, preferably in finance.
- strong communication skills.
- Good at managing multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently in a busy environment.
- Comfortable with computers and technology.
- Goal-driven and problem solver.
