Technical Support Representative

Description Job description: WTIwireless, a division of Worldwide Telecommunications, Inc., is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you\'ll provide technical support for networking hardware, including routers, switches, and PCs, while helping customers troubleshoot issues and ensuring they receive exceptional service. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Configure and update networking equipment and software. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate service records. Process customer orders and returns. Assist with product labeling, inventory, and hardware preparation. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS: Required: Customer service, technical support, or other relevant work experience. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to learn new technical concepts quickly. Strong organizational and time management skills. Preferred: Experience supporting routers, switches, or other networking hardware. Familiarity with help desk or ticketing systems. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DHCP, LAN, and Ethernet. Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field. Physical Requirements: Ability to regularly lift and move equipment weighing up to 25 pounds. Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday while handling equipment and inventory.
