What You'll Do

• Welcome and room patients with warmth and professionalism
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and support providers during exams
• Perform point-of-care testing and administer vaccines under supervision
• Keep accurate, timely documentation in the EHR
• Support patient education, follow-ups, and clear communication
• Help manage calls, referrals, prior authorizations, and scheduling
• Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and follow all safety guidelines

What You Bring

• Accredited MA training or equivalent experience
• MA certification (or willingness to obtain, we'll reimburse for your certification)
• 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment
