About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to take on a pivotal role in the complete execution of projects, from the initial client purchase order to final delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of three Directors in Engineering, Supply Chain, and Project Management, with a focus on driving operational excellence and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key responsibilities include finalizing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures, building a robust Quality Management System, and potentially leading the effort toward ISO certification. The role demands a leader who can balance operational strategy with day-to-day execution, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in the industrial engineering and construction sector, with a proven track record in leading operations and project execution teams. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to inspire and empower teams while maintaining a focus on results. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and implementing SOPs, knowledge of quality management systems, and a background in driving continuous improvement initiatives.
