Implementation Specialist

LHH Recruitment has partnered up with an excellent organization in the Port washington, Long Island area. Our client is seeking a temporary Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Analyst to support process optimization and reporting initiatives. This role will focus on improving day‑to‑day workflows, ensuring data accuracy, and delivering reliable operational and financial reporting to support business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central processes across core functional areas, including finance, operations, and reporting
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
• Assist with Business Central reporting, including standard and customized reports
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy within Business Central
• Partner with internal stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into actionable outputs
• Troubleshoot issues related to transactions, reporting, and data flow within Business Central
• Document processes, reporting logic, and best practices as needed

Required Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Strong understanding of system‑driven process flows and reporting
• Experience supporting financial and/or operational reporting within Business Central
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a temporary or project‑based role
• Exposure to change management or system enhancements within Business Central
• Background working closely with accounting, finance, or operations teams
