CDL Driver/Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking CDL Driver / Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for safely operating commercial vehicles to transport equipment, materials, and supplies to and from job sites while also assisting crews with general labor tasks. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate CDL-required vehicles and equipment in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
• Transport materials, tools, equipment, and supplies to job sites.
• Perform vehicle inspections before and after trips and complete required documentation.
• Load, unload, and secure materials and equipment.
• Assist field crews with general labor duties as needed.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Assist with digging, trenching, site preparation, cleanup, and material handling.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Class A or Class B CDL with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction, utility, telecommunications, landscaping, or related field.
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, or trailers.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and vehicle maintenance.
• OSHA certification is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Ability to work long hours, overtime, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding labor in outdoor environments.
