About the Role:  

Silvercomm Connect Professionals LLC is looking for a driven and dynamic Sales & Project Manager to join their growing team in Narvon, PA. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of both client relationships and project execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Responsibilities:  

• Drive new business development through prospecting, lead generation, and client outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through contract close
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to align resources and meet project milestones
• Track and report on sales pipeline, project status, and key performance metrics
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

Requirements:



 

• Proven experience in a combined sales and project management role
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency with CRM software and project management tools
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and strong attention to detail
• Business, Communications, or a related field preferred 5+ years 
• Local candidates in or near Narvon, PA strongly preferred
• This travel my include most of PA and surrounding States (Fuel Mileage is reimbursed)
• Telecommunications and or Networking experience only 
• Reliable Transportation
• Valid DL 
• Must follow up with 3 valid referrals ( will call them)
