Warehouse Lead

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the warehouse by handling tasks such as inventory management, order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, a strong team player, and committed to providing excellent service to all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing products in the warehouse. Ensure accurate stock counts and proper labeling for easy identification. Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all items are prepared for shipment in accordance with customer requirements. Shipping and Receiving: Load and unload delivery trucks, check for accuracy, and verify inventory against packing lists or orders. Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following safety procedures, organizing products, and disposing of unused materials appropriately. Material Handling: Use equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move goods within the warehouse as needed. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other warehouse associates and departments to meet daily operational goals and timelines. Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report any issues to the Warehouse Supervisor or Manager. Safety Compliance: Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Documentation: Accurately complete any required paperwork and electronic records related to inventory, shipping, and receiving. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory. Familiarity with warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic math and computer skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and priorities. Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly. Ability to stand, bend, and walk for long periods. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
