Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop new business through outbound outreach
- Build strong client relationships and identify customer needs
- Manage sales activities and opportunities within a CRM
- Achieve and exceed sales and performance goals
Qualifications:
- Experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Highly motivated, organized, and coachable
