Facilities Technician Full Time 8:00 am-4:30 pm (Monday – Friday) $25‑$31 per hour with higher compensation based on relevant experience. Key Responsibilities Complete daily work orders and routine building repairs. Perform plumbing, painting, and basic electrical tasks. Inspect, service, and perform repairs on wheelchairs, walkers, beds, and resident-care equipment. Assist with preventative maintenance schedules for facility systems and equipment. Troubleshoot maintenance issues and respond promptly to requests. Assist with room setups, equipment/furniture moves, and seasonal building tasks. Qualifications Relevant experience in facilities maintenance. Registered Nurse – RN Full Time and Part Time. 6:30 am-3:00 pm, 2:45 pm-11:15 pm, 10:45 pm-6:45 am. $38 + per hour with higher compensation based on experience. Shift differentials: PM shift $3 /hr, NOC shift $4 /hr. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and direct care of an assigned group of residents during an 8‑hour shift according to physician orders and facility practices. Follow physician orders and the resident’s care plan. Provide accurate, timely documentation to support care delivery. Qualifications Current license in North Dakota as a Registered Nurse. Licensed Practical Nurse – LPN Full Time and Part Time. 6:30 am-3:00 pm, 2:45 pm-11:15 pm, 10:45 pm-6:45 am. $29+ per hour with higher compensation based on experience. Shift differentials: PM shift $3 /hr, NOC shift $4 /hr. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and direct care of an assigned group of residents during an 8‑hour shift according to physician orders and facility practices. Follow physician orders and the resident’s care plan. Provide accurate, timely documentation to support care delivery. Qualifications Current license in North Dakota as a Licensed Practical Nurse. CPR certified. IV certification highly recommended. CNA Positions Full Time and Part Time (Student Friendly). 6:30 am-3:00 pm, 2:45 pm-11:00 pm, 2:45 pm-7:30 pm, 10:45 pm-6:45 am. $22+ per hour with higher compensation based on relevant experience. $2 /hr PM shift differential and bonuses for extra shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide quality resident care as specified on an individualized resident care plan and assignment sheets, according to established policies, procedures, and objectives of the facility. Qualifications Current registration as a Certified Nursing Assistant in North Dakota. Housekeeping/Laundry Assistant Full Time & Part Time. 5:30 am-1:00 pm, 7:00 am-3:30 pm. $18+ per hour. Key Responsibilities Assist in cleaning residents’ apartments, common areas, and bathrooms. Sweep and mop floors. Assist with washing, drying, folding, and delivery of facility linen, towels, and residents’ clothing. Health Savings Account SMP Health provides a high deductible health care plan with a health savings account. Flexible Spending Accounts If you do not have a Health Savings Account, you might consider a Flexible Spending Account which provides you with the opportunity through payroll deduction to set aside a portion of what would have been taxable income and deposit the money into a Personal Reimbursement Account. Retirement and the 401(k) Savings Plan A 3% contribution is provided by SMP Health at no cost to the employee. The 3% contribution is based on an employee’s gross earnings after one year of service. To meet eligibility requirements, employees must complete 1000 hours of service within a twelve‑month period and be 21 years of age. Short‑Term Disability Program A serious medical condition can result in the loss of income that is important to you. The disability plans administered by SMP Health will help to provide protection during such an event. Service Awards In recognition of service to SMP Health, you will receive recognition after continuous years of service (3, 5, 10, 15, 20, etc.). Student Loan Reimbursement Eligible employees can receive up to $5,000 per year in student loan reimbursement for qualifying degrees, available after one year of continuous service. Paid Time Off (PTO) & Holidays Paid Time Off is provided to each employee in a benefit-eligible position of at least fifteen (15) hours per week. It is an account in which all earned credit for vacation, holidays, and short-term sick time accumulates. PTO is earned at a set ratio which increases with years of service.
