As a Security Officer Badge Inspector in Duluth, GA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. Join Allied Universal at a residential location where you will monitor entry points, manage access control activities, and support a welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. This role involves maintaining a visible presence, conducting routine patrols, and responding to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. Pay Rate: $21.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor and/or vendor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access through professional presence and attention to site protocols.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property contacts when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the community, entrance areas, and perimeter, observing for unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns according to post instructions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
