Senior Project Manager, Delivery Coordinator

Become a part of our caring community The Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget. The Senior Project Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This role partners closely with enablement functions across marketing execution, data and analytics, and channel teams—translating complex program activity into structured plans, clear communication, and actionable documentation. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role suited for a detail-oriented, collaborative leader who thrives in ambiguity and excels at bringing order to complexity. Role Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end product delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment between product management, marketing execution, data, and channel teams Track milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks; proactively identify blockers and support resolution Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, stand-ups, and program reviews; drive accountability Serve as the connector between product teams and enablement partners to ensure downstream execution Monitor adoption and utilization metrics post-launch; identify gaps and coordinate remediation Document and communicate key product decisions, trade-offs, and rationale in structured formats Develop artifacts that reinforce the "why" behind product strategy Prepare briefing materials, decision memos, and executive-ready summaries Facilitate alignment sessions to maintain shared understanding of priorities Manage program plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, and delivery trackers Build and maintain centralized documentation repositories and standards Translate complex work into clear communication for diverse audiences, including leadership Develop templates, frameworks, and playbooks to improve delivery consistency and speed Use your skills to make an impact Required Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare insurance or healthcare technology Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Passion for improving consumer experiences Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams in a matrixed environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience building program documentation and communication artifacts Strong facilitation skills and ability to drive decisions Work cross-functionally with marketing, data, technology, and channel teams Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree Experience in health insurance or healthcare technology Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, or Scrum methodologies PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification Experience supporting product launches and go-to-market coordination Exposure to marketing operations, data analytics, or digital channel management Experience creating executive-level reporting and communications Knowledge of Humana's business segments and product portfolio (for internal candidates) Preferred Locations Louisville, KY Arlington, VA Atlanta, GA Dallas, TX Denver, CO Fort Lauderdale, FL Nashville, TN Tampa, FL Washington, DC Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $86,300 - $118,700 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
