Mechanical Assembler

Position Title: Associate Mechanical Assembler Location: 8432 South Intersate 35W Alvarado TX USA 76009 Work Arrangement: ONSITE Mode of Interview: In Person Description: Working under general supervision, performs a variety of assembly operations associated with the manufacturing of explosive products, small mechanical or electro-mechanical parts, or equipment housing or large equipment such as engines, engine and PTO drive trains, gas compressors, control equipment, covers/cowlings, related connecting lines, etc. Assembly process may include fitting, mounting, alignment, adjusting, and operational testing. Skills typically acquired through 1-2 years of related assembly experience. Business Need Due to increased business demand, the client is adding headcount to support manufacturing operations. Potential for Conversion
* Possible conversion to a full-time employee (FTE) based on business needs and individual performance. Ideal Candidate Profile Candidates should:
* Be mechanically inclined and comfortable working with their hands.
* Demonstrate strong attention to detail.
* Learn quickly and adapt to established manufacturing processes.
* Be able to inspect materials and identify quality issues.
* Demonstrate reliability and willingness to work overtime. Tools & Equipment

* Other basic manufacturing/assembly tools as required Additional Skills:
* Mechanical aptitude
* Assembly, production, or manufacturing experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and quality inspection skills
