Position: Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Facility: Optima Care Harborview Location: Hudson County, NJ Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 annually Join Our Leadership Team Optima Care Harborview is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to help lead our nursing department. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate Registered Nurse with long-term care experience who is committed to clinical excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional resident care.
