Field Operations Manager

Overseeing daily field execution of data center fit-out projects, the full-time Field Operations Manager will manage telecommunications infrastructure tasks including installation, splicing/testing, and quality control while ensuring safety and compliance in a remote setting. Key Responsibilities Lead field operations and coordinate daily activities with construction teams to ensure project alignment Manage safety protocols and quality checks while overseeing subcontractor performance and compliance Provide regular updates on project progress, constraints, and documentation to the Project Management team Required Qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in telecommunications installation within data centers or mission-critical environments 3+ years of field leadership experience in roles such as Foreman or Construction Manager Strong proficiency in structured cabling, fiber installation, and related practices Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documentation Experience supervising union labor and subcontractors, with a strong understanding of safety best practices
