RECEPTIONIST - FULL TIME
Champion Automotive Group is looking for a professional, friendly, and customer-focused Full-Time Receptionist to join our team in Athens, Alabama. As the first point of contact for our dealership, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors or calls our business.

Position Responsibilities
Welcome customers and visitors with a positive, professional attitude.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently and courteously.
Assist customers with general inquiries and connect them with the appropriate department.
Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area.
Perform administrative duties including filing, data entry, scanning documents, and handling incoming/outgoing mail.
Support the sales, service, and accounting departments with various office tasks.
Help ensure smooth daily operations by providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy office environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
Previous receptionist, administrative, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Schedule
Full-time position.
Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays as needed.
