This role involves direct supervisory responsibility over subcontractors, vendors, foremen, and other field staff. The Superintendent is responsible for planning, supervising, and coordinating all in-house manpower and activities of one or more construction projects across various job sites. This position is crucial in ensuring work is performed in accordance with customer contracts, project documents, budgets, and schedules. The Superintendent will travel to project sites as needed, primarily supporting mission-critical and commercial construction/data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage subcontractors, vendors, foremen, and field staff.
• Plan, supervise, and coordinate in-house manpower for construction projects.
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with customer contracts and project documents.
• Maintain project budgets and schedules.
• Travel to project sites as necessary to support construction/data center projects.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction supervision.
• Proficiency in subcontractor management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent with General Contractors.

Work Environment

This role operates in a field environment and involves exposure to construction-related hazards, weather conditions, and potential high-voltage systems. Work may be required outside normal hours, including evenings and weekends.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sterling, VA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
