TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Peds OR RN in Madison, Wisconsin, 53792!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Pediatric Operating Room Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years acute care experience within the last 3 years in pediatric operating room settings. License: RN License required Certifications: BLS required, PALS preferred Must-Have: Pediatric OR, ambulatory OR, and pediatric trauma experience required. Description: 3x12s schedule is an option. Kidney transplant experience is required. On-call requirements include 1x every 6-8 weekends. Weeknight call is 1x a week, Monday to Thursday. Holiday coverage will be needed as operationally required. A WI RN or compact RN license is required. BLS certification must be from AHA only. Previous charge experience is preferred. Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is required. Experience in Trauma Level I and II settings is necessary. Key skills include the administration of blood products, assistance during anesthesia induction, and various surgical procedures. Infection control and regulatory charting for transplants are essential skills. The role requires travel and may involve floating as necessary. Compliance with telemetry exam requirements is mandatory. The assignment may require covering a range of pediatric patient diagnoses and conditions.
