Custodian Lead

Custodian LeadAmentum is seeking a Custodian Lead located in Fort Gordon, Georgia. The Custodian Lead will be responsible for providing team lead oversight as well as performing custodian requirements throughout the facility.Job RequirementsOversee critical day-to-day operations in the supervisor's absenceProvide direction to custodial team members on a routine basisNotify Supervisor of all quality control issues or needed repairs pertaining to the housekeeping of the facility.Act as the liaison between the custodial team and the supervisorPerform quality control inspectionsTrain new employeesRespond to daily work orders and perform necessary emergency requests, as instructedClean, sanitize, and deep-clean all bathroom and kitchenette spaces dailySweep, mop, vacuum, shampoo, and polish floors in assigned areas, according to the weekly planClean and vacuum under desks, hallways, conference rooms, and open workspaces multiple times per week or upon requestClean interior windows up to 7 feet high and systematically dust all other surfacesRemove and dispose of trash from all areas 2-3 times dailyReplenish supplies throughout the restrooms in the facilityMonitor and report maintenance issues or safety hazardsFollow safety procedures and use cleaning supplies and equipment properlyMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned areasMinimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentValid Driver's LicenseUS CitizenAbility to obtain and/or maintain a government-issued clearance at the time of applicationStanding, walking, and moving for the full duration of the shift.Regular bending, kneeling, and executing repetitive motions to clean surfacesPhysically able to lift and carry standard facilities equipment and full trash binsExcellent attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and operational standards are met consistently.Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and lead multi-functional teams effectivelyEffective communication and problem-solving skills to maintain customer satisfaction and efficient team coordinationCompensation Details: $48,000-$52,000 annually USDThe compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
