Workday Payroll Consultant

Location: Golden, CO (hybrid onsite) Type: Contract Length: Thru the of March 2027 Rate: Open

Role Overview & Expectations:

• Provide support for payroll testing, including data validation and issue resolution during parallel testing
• Contribute to the development of SOPs, training materials, and operational readiness documentation
• Offer guidance on payroll best practices to help prepare the team for go-live
• Build strong working relationships with the existing team to lead indirectly and support execution without direct authority

Requirements:

• Deep functional payroll expertise
• Payroll leadership experience, particularly supporting a team through a Workday go-live transition
• Strong Workday implementation experience

Preferences:

• Workday Payroll Certification
