Position Details:

• Contract Length: 13 Weeks with possible extensions.

• Shift & Schedule: 3x12s or 4x12s Night Shift (7am - 7:30pm).

Compensation for 48hrs/week:

• Gross Weekly Pay: $3,100/week.

• Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,380/week | W2 Rate: $34.5/hr.

• Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,240/week.

• 8hrs on OT: $480 ($60/hr)

Compensation for 36 hrs/week:

• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,400/week.

• Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,170/week | W2 Rate: $32.5/hr.

• Non-Taxable Weekly Pay: $1,230/week.

Job Details and Requirements:

1. Min 1-2 years of recent experience.

2. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS.

3. Active Wisconsin state or compact state RN license.

4. May need to float onsite within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.

5. COVID and Flu Vaccinated or exemptions.
